Frequently Asked Questions

  • The MyTicker service recognises the advances in rhythm analysis algorithms and how, when partnered with human clinical decision, better outcomes can be provided for patient care. MyTicker harnesses the strengths of both areas to produce high quality reports, with unique tailoring to individual patient treatment. By intergrating the two analysis modalities, the MyTicker service can deliver prompt results turnaround without compromising on quality.

  • In order to reduce the probability of error, we use a triple processing technique.

    1. The ECG data is first passed through the Cardiologs arrhythmia detection software which identifies rhythm abnormalities present to reduce the probability of false negative results. Cardiologs’ algorithm performance has been validated by a number of clinical publications.

    2. A cardiac physiologist then further refines the Holter report to improve diagnostic precision.

    3. This report is reviewed by an Electrophysiologist for final authorisation.

  • We guarantee all reports are delivered within 24 hours next business day.

  • There are no start up costs or ongoing fees. We provide devices, training and reporting services. To get started, simply send us a message via the Contact Us page. One of the team will be in touch shortly.

  • All of our Holter monitors are waterproof, meaning patients can shower whilst wearing the device. The monitors are small and unobtrusive resulting in little disruption to their day-to-day activities. All patients are encouraged to go about their normal daily routine so that we can obtain an accurate reading of their heart’s usual activity.
